We are hiring a new employee for the position of Bottling Operator for the season, starting immediately with an employment contract until August 31, 2026.
The bottling operator operates the bottling line - individual technological units (machines) in order to ensure the smooth bottling of beverages.
What will your job entail?
Operate technological equipment on the line (machine preparation, proper operation during production, end of shift) in order to ensure smooth and efficient operation at the workplace.
Perform simple repairs and adjustments to technological equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the center in accordance with approved procedures.
Perform regular sanitation in accordance with approved procedures.
What can you not do without in this position?
Previous experience with production in a food company is an advantage

• 37.5 hours/week contract

What will you be participating in?
• Professional development of Customer Service specialists and methodological leadership of the team
• Setting up and improving processes and systems within Customer Service in order to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Identification of digital, system and business trends and their implementation into practice (training, testing, new work procedures)
• Coordination of the implementation of new systems and tools in cooperation with IT and other departments
• Supervision of the solution of IT and customer requirements - checking the correctness of the solution and compliance with deadlines
• Solving non-standard or complex customer situations that go beyond the usual operational
• Close cooperation with Sales, Telesales, distribution, IT and support teams
• Building quality relationships with internal and external customers
• Support and development of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
What would I need to find in your resume?
• Complete secondary education with a high school diploma
• At least 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a customer-oriented environment
• Advanced knowledge of the English language (min. B2, ideally C1) – you will communicate with the regional team and solve system requirements in English
• Experience with SAP systems and very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Orientation in customer or process systems and the ability to quickly navigate new tools
• Analytical and logical thinking – the ability to see connections and propose solutions
• Ability to implement new processes or systems and argue for improvements
• Strong communication and organizational skills, assertiveness and the ability to handle challenging situations
